- INCLUDE ALL YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AGAIN VERY IMPORTANT (form above) if you don't have a printer, screen shot the form and use the mark up tool in your camera ap and email me the form. include a handwritten note in your package that you emailed us the form.
- USE ONLY FEDEX or UPS
- SEND YOUR PACKAGE 'SIGNATURE REQUIRED' SO ITS NOT LEFT OUTSIDE THE SHOP
- DO NOT USE USPS (POSTAL SERVICE) FOR ANY SERIALIZED PARTS. if it’s a small piece/pieces, USPS is fine.
- THE SMALLER AND LIGHTER THE BOX THE CHEAPER SHIPPING WILL BE. Shipping prices have gone up and are not included in quoted price.
- DO NOT SHIP IT IN AN OBVIOUS GUN BOX WITH LOGOS AND DECALS VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. (That’s how stuff gets stolen or “lost”)
- DO NOT WALK INTO A SHIPPING PLACE WITH A GUN IN YOUR HAND!!! DUH!!!
- ANOTHER VERY IMPORTANT SUGGESTION: PLEASE DONT JUST THROW YOUR ITEM IN A BOX WITH NO PACKING MATERIALS, IT MIGHT SHOW UP DAMAGED ... yes people really do just throw a firearm in a box and ship it! Happens a lot... the barrel shows up sticking out of the top of the box! I do take video opening every single shipment we get because people do that. you will be charged for any new parts that need to be replaced if this occurs.
- ALL OF THESE SEEM DUMB AND SIMPLE. TRUST ME WE KNOW. THERES A REASON TIDE PODS NOW SAY “DONT EAT” 😉
RETURN SHIPPING:
- WE WILL SHIP YOUR ITEM BACK MONDAY thru THURSDAY. IT WILL NOT GO OUT FRIDAY TO AVOID ANY LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED PACKAGES OVER A WEEKEND. We will try to avoid shipping back if there is a holiday weekend coming up to also avoid any lost packages. we want it to get back to you safe and on time.
- Payment is due in full BEFORE We ship your item back.
- we will send an invoice via email, and you'll pay directly in the email.
- we do not use paypal, square, wire transfers, apple pay, zelle, or any other money request app. we’ve been banned from most of those companies.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you have a ‘re-do’ request or don't like it for whatever reason, we ask that you contact us within 24 HOURS of receiving your package.
- PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE SHORT HANDED LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN THE COUNTRY NOW, IF FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR DELIVERY AND YOU CONTACT THE SHIPPER TO ‘CHANGE DATE’ OR ‘HOLD AT FACILITY’ IT COULD RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPMENT OR THEM LOSING IT. (yes, it’s happened. no we are not resposible for this)
IF YOU NEED YOUR PACKAGE DELAYED OR HELD LONGER, PLEASE LET US KNOW. WE WILL GLADLY HOLD IT UNTIL YOURE READY. ONCE IT LEAVES OUR SHOP THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO WITH ITS JOURNEY.
